Privacy Policy. We receive and store any information you give us to respond to your requests and to communicate with you. We only use the information provided by you throught our Site for internal purposes. We do not share this information with third parties.

Links And Third Party Sites. This site may link you to other sites on the Internet. These other sites are not under LandAweddings.com's control, and you acknowledge that LandAweddings.com is not responsible for the any aspect of the content of such sites. The inclusion of such a link does not imply endorsement of the site by LandAweddings.com or any association with its operators. Additionally, LandAweddings.com is not responsible for any of those other sites' privacy policies and expressly disclaim any liability related to such policies.

Unauthorized Links. This Site prohibits unauthorized hypertext links to this Site or the framing of any Content available through this Site. Any unauthorized links or frames may be disabled without notice.

Intellectual Property. This Site displays various trademarks, service marks, logos and graphic reproductions ("Intellectual Property"). You may not use any Intellectual Property for any purpose without the prior written permission of the owner of the Intellectual Property. All information and content, including any products, services, marketing plans, proprietary technology, processes, programs, and procedures ("Content") are protected by copyright. Notice Of Copyright. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce any photographs or images within the LandAweddings.com site without written permission from L & A Studio. Violators will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Reservation Policy. Once all of the services have been selected, the final estimate will be presented. We require a deposit of $500 USD to consider the event as definitive. Once the deposit has been received, we will send you the information for legal procedures. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due for all services and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to the wedding. Contact us for payment instructions.

Additional Charges. If either of the contracting party is divorced, there will be an additional charge of $100 USD for the translation of each divorce certificate. If you would like for your marriage certificate to be translated, or apostillized by the Mexican goverment, there will be additional charges.

Cancellation Policy. Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests L & A adheres to a strict cancellation policy: The reservation deposit is used for administrative expenses, and is not refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to the scheduled date, we will refund 100% of monies received for prepayment of services. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less from the scheduled date, there will be a charge of 25% of the total of the agreed upon services. No reimbursement will be made if cancellation is received 15 days or less from the scheduled date.

Changes to these Policies. These Site and Service Policies are subject to change at any time. When you visit this Site, you are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any such changes.

Governing Law. These Site and Service Policies will be interpreted under, and you agree to submit to, the laws of Mexico and the State of Jalisco.
